Bank News you should know for Bank Exams:

Apart from learning Current Events candidates should also be aware of recent Banking News; this helps them on a long run especially at the time of Bank interviews. So I decided to write down some of the important banking news which happened in the very recent past and mark my words that these are going to be the differentiating factor in your Bank Exam Preparations.

IOB or Indian Overseas bank has struck an alliance with the Asia Motor Works. The MoU will be related to the purchase of trucks and heavy commercial vehicles. This is well potential truck buyers.

Another Joint venture which was on the cards for a long time and has now been finalized is the PNB and FIM Bank of Malta. The aim of this joint venture is to provide factoring, trade finance oriented business and forfeiting.

Lloyds and Royal bank of Scotland
have decided to sell their assets. This follows the recent bail out of both these institutions by the government. The Government has a major stake in both the companies share and this move is seen as a move to reduce the companies dependencies on the tax payers money.
